PL-MetCore Full-Cycle Metallographic Complex

Complex

PL-MetCore is an integrated digital platform for a next-generation metallographic laboratory. The complex covers the entire sample workflow: precision cutting, mounting, grinding and polishing, physical and chemical surface preparation, optical-digital microstructure analysis, digital record keeping and result archiving.

All equipment is joined by a single Ethernet 10/100Base-T (Modbus TCP) network architecture with a central server system. Process parameters are collected automatically, every sample receives a digital passport, results are stored centrally, and the laboratory scales simply by connecting new equipment.

Every unit carries a digital integration module (DIM) that transfers key process parameters to the shared database.
