PL-GP2/250-3/6A Automatic Grinding and Polishing Machine

Equipment

A twin-disc machine for automated precision grinding and polishing of metallographic samples. It performs rough grinding, fine grinding, pre-polishing and final polishing in sequence with automated processing cycles.

Key process parameters — rotation speed, processing time and load — are stabilised automatically, so operator influence on the result is minimal. The machine delivers controlled removal of the surface layer and a mirror finish free of deep scratches and deformation.
